Return & Refund Policy

Home Crayons always follow the world class standards and takes great care in delivering products to you. In the rare instance if you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the return and exchange policy.

RETURN POLICY:

  • We allow hassle free returns within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

  • For initiating returns, please describe your issue and drop us an email at care@homecrayons.com or Call / WhatsApp us at +917494862543.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days of receiving package or in the bank account details provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) should not show signs of usage.

  • We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For return orders, a reverse pickup charges will have to be paid by the customer.

  • We do not offer returns for customised products. In such cases, we offer exchange in case of manufacturing defect or if you have received a wrong product.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused products which have defects or in case of damages during delivery, missing or wrong product delivered.
  • After the submission of return request, a pick up will be organized by Home Crayons from the same address the product was delivered to.

  • Once we receive the product it will go through the quality inspection test and refunds will be issued after quality inspection test.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We allow exchanges within 7 days from the date of order delivery.

  • For initiating the exchanges, please describe your issue and drop an email at care@homecrayons.com or contact us at +917494862543.

  • After that a pick up will be organized by Home Crayons from the same address the product was delivered to.

  • Please hand over the product in its original condition and original packaging you received it in with all tags and labels intact. 
  • Exchanges can be done for color, size and patterns or if there is any defect in the order you received.
  • Once we receive the product it will go through the quality inspection test for validating the defect.

  • After successful validation of defect, a new unit will be dispatched to the same address you provided us. 
  • We bear the cost of all exchanges, only if there is a defect in product from our end. Otherwise, customers will have to bear the cost of exchanging products.

Order Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not been processed and we have not yet cut the fabric for your order.
